Hey!

I have a formal event I'm going to in May, and it's a...the best words I can think of is a big deal. I have a dress picked out, and it's a dark green. So I was looking for makeup looks, and found one I absolutely LOVE.

I looked around and checked the most well-known makeup sites (e.l.f, Sephora, a few others) and couldn't find the greens I want. All I can find is like, sage green. Hand here - I'm not terribly well versed in makeups! (if you could recommend a brand that's fairly cheap, that'd be great.)

There are so many different colors that you're bound to find the ones you need. They're really pigmented too, especially if you apply them wet. You can also get the palettes on ebay. Hope that helps :)

Stace is right, the coastal scents "shimmer" palette has beautifully pigmented shadows and is so cheap. I also like NYX, here is a trio at Cherry Culture http://www.cherryculture.com/cosmetics/makeup/n...&cat=263&page=3# the green one is second row in the middle. I know Milani wet/dry shadows available at US drugstores has some really nice greens. And if you want to splurge, two of my faves are swimming (mid-tone) and humid (dark shimmery green) by MAC. :)
