The title kind of says it all doesn't it?

I'm currently rocking HUGE flakes of skin where my bangs go their separate way from the rest of my hair. It's super sexy. I can't wait to show off my "dandruff on steroids" look tomorrow.

Eeeeeek! I would go to the drug store and get a lice comb and try to comb all of the flakes out and then sleep with conditioner on your hair (esp. scalp) tonight, so make sure the rest of the skin (scalp) is really moisturized well so it won't flake tomorrow. Sorry that happened to you :(

Got burned at the zoo last weekend, and I'm amazed it took till now to start peeling.

Hmmm, I don't have any conditioner in the house (I know!), but I did use a comb to get out the flakes... think aloe gel would work? It worked on the rest of the sunburn...

No conditioner?????? How is your hair not one big dread? If you don't have conditioner, use some olive oil, you need the moisture to keep the skin from peeling and the flakeage at a minimum. No conditioner huh? lol

Edited to add: Aloe vera has a lot of salicylates, so you may want to be careful with it! :)

I haven't used conditioner for YEARS, not even 2-in-1s. Every time I go get my haircut the stylist falls all over themselves about how healthy my hair is. Even when I could sit on my hair I was told that. I keep it much shorter now, but probably only get it cut once a year. I rarely blow dry my hair though, which probably helps a lot.

Amazing!! I have to condition mine, but never blow dry it either, which means I get my haircut every 3 months, when it is too bushy on the sides, but no split ends. When I can no longer walk through doors straight, I know it is time :) How is the scalp??? How was the wedding??? :)

Scalp mostly better. I just went the "don't touch it and everything will be ok" route. The wedding was wonderful. So amazing to be in a room where all the love is focused on two people.
